Return & Refund Policy

At SK3 AROMA, every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy once an order is delivered.

1. No Return / No Refund

Perfumes, body creams, and bukhoor are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened, used, or tampered with. This policy is in place for hygiene, safety, and quality reasons.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for replacement:

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory (from sealed package to product)
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

Without an unboxing video, no claims will be accepted.

3. Replacement Policy

  • Approved cases will be eligible for replacement only
  • No cash refunds will be provided
  • Replacement depends on product availability

4. Fragrance Preference Disclaimer

Fragrance selection is subjective.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as:

  • Dislike of fragrance
  • Change of mind
  • Expectation mismatch
  • Performance perception

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

6. Courier & Delivery Issues

SK3 AROMA is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier partners after dispatch. However, we will assist in raising a support request where possible.
